ProCleaner X100 is a powerful, flexible and reliable washing robot for cleaning the vast majority of pig houses.
The machine is simple in its construction, yet functions as an effective and high-tech washing robot that can handle even the largest of jobs.
ProCleaner X100 is built on 4 wheels and is 67.5 cm wide and 115 cm in length. The washing robot is controlled sideways by the adjustable side wheel, which runs up the side of the fixtures and ensures it keeps going in the right direction. The machine has ultrasound sensors which ensure that the machine stops when it reaches a wall.
ProCleaner X100 can be programmed to run both a soaking programme and several different types of washes. The machine is connected via the existing high-pressure system, using standard high-pressure hoses and requires a minimum water volume of 30 litres per minute.
Specially developed nozzles ensure that the water molecules are bound together so that the water jet remains highly effective, even at a distance of 5-6 metres.

1. Powerful nozzles
ProCleaner X is equipped with 2 specially developed, powerful nozzles, which are designed to form the water into a powerful water jet with an extensive reach.
2. PLC control system with touchscreen
ProCleaner X is easily programmed and started from the colour screen using the Touch function. The user interface is constructed intuitively for easy programming and daily use. The terminal originates from the shipping industry and ensures high quality.
3. Multi-function power point
On the side of the washing robot there is a multi-function power point with three functions:
- It de-pressurises the washing robot when it is disconnected.
- It can be used in conjunction with the extension hose for the high-pressure cleaner.
- It can be used to back-wash the high-pressure filter on the washing robot.
3. Specially developed hose reel
A specially developed hose reel with a combi-hose (water in one side and power (230v) in the other) is automatically rolled out when the robot is in progress. When the robot is run backwards, the hose is reeled in using a lever and a hose on an automatic winding device ensures that the hose is rolled up neatly.
4. Mobile and easy to store
When the washing robot is not being used, it can be easily moved by means of the accompanying trolley. When the washing robot is not being used, the side arms can be stored easily in the brackets on the side of the robot so that they do not take up any more space than is necessary.

Battery-operated washing robot
1. Aluminium tracks
We have developed a lightweight track system for pig house environments, whereby ProCleaner cannot use fixtures and fittings on the wall to determine which direction it should go in. The length of the track system is limitless but comes in lengths of 3 metres.
2. Extra narrow version
In pig house systems with numerous vertical obstacles close to the walkway, the extra narrow version is an obvious solution. The arms can be extended using the extension arms in pig houses where there are no obstacles. Our extra narrow version measuring 59 cm is an obvious option in walkways where space is tight. This version comes with, for example, aluminium wheels.
3. Extension arms
Where sty depths or pig house types vary, the extension arms of 50 cm or 100 cm can be a great help when it comes to reaching into the sties, thus achieving even better washing results.
4. Greater hose diameter
For farms with a great need for extra quick washing, it is possible to choose the robot with a ½” hose. This allows it to perform the main washing with both nozzles at once. This solution requires a large pump capacity.
5. Side wheels
The side wheels can be used to steer the washing robot as it progresses down the walkway. They are available in sizes from 125 mm up to 400×4 pneumatic rubber wheels. The most suitable wheel size is determined on the basis of fixture type and unevenness.
The wheels used on the washing robot are available in a range of sizes. The standard robot is supplied on galvanized rims, either on pneumatic rubber wheels or puncture-proof wheels. If an extra narrow version is required, this is supplied with aluminium wheels.
As an optional extra, you can get messages sent directly from the robot to your telephone. This could be, for example, when the robot has completed its washing cycle.
8. Lateral steering gear
Using lateral steering gear, the shaft on the robot is rotated so that it can be guided up the side of the fixture. This is used, for example, where there are obstacles in the walkway.
