Battery-operated washing robot

ProCleaner XB100 is a further development of our ProCleaner X100. The same sturdy build quality, the same level of service but in a version that can be used for larger pig houses because the XB100 model runs on a battery – hence no need for cords and power outlet.

This allows the use of a single hose instead of the previous twin hose. On the same hose reel, the XB100 can now offer a hose up to 100 meters in length, as opposed to the 55 meters offered by the X100. When fully charged, the batteries can provide approximately 10-14 hours of operation.

Powerful nozzles

ProCleaner X is equipped with 2 specially developed, powerful nozzles, which are designed to form the water into a powerful water jet with an extensive reach.

Touchscreen controlled

ProCleaner X is easily programmed and started from the colour screen with touch function. The interface is intuitive and easy to programme.  

Mobile and easy storrage

When the washing robot is not being used, it can be easily moved using the accompanying trolley. The side arms can be stored easily in the brackets on the side of the robot so that they do not take up more space than needed.

Up to 100 meter of hose

A specially developed hose reel that is automatically rolled out when the robot is operating. When the robot is returning, the hose is reeled in automatically, which keeps handling to a minimum. Since no need for electricity in the hose, the lenght of the hose is almost double and makes the XB model ideal for very big barns.

Multi-function power point

On the side of the washing robot, there is a multi-function power outlet with three functions:

  1. Releases the pressure of the washing robot when it is disconnected.
  2. Can be used in conjunction with the extension hose for the high-pressure cleaner.
  3. Can be used to back-wash the high-pressure filter on the washing robot.

    Additional options 

    Aluminium rails

    We have developed a low weight railing system for open pig houses where the ProCleaner X100 can’t be directed within a corridor or alongside a wall. The length of the rail system is infinite and consists of 2- and 3-meter-long units.

    Ceiling wash

    It is possible to choose ceiling wash as an option.

    Slim version

    Xtra slim model developed for barns with xtra narrow aisle. Built with different wheels and merged into the chassis we gain the extra centimeters needed to operate in tight places.

    Extension arms

    In case of pen-depths in different barns which vary a lot, extension arms of 50 and 100 cm will be a big help to get deeper into the pens and having a even better washing results.

    Larger hose diameter

    For farms with a need for extra fast washing it is possible to choose a ½”-hose. This allows a main wash with both nozzles at the same time. This solution requires a bigger capacity of the high-pressure pump (60-70 liters).

    Special sidewheels

    Pig barns are equipped differently around the world, that is why we have a large range of special side wheels to assure we have the best solution for any barn.

    Wheels

    We have different wheel sizes for our ProCleaner X100, depending also on the width of the corridor. The standard wheels are air rubber ones, mounted on galvanized rims, the same size you can get as solid rubber. For an extra narrow version of the robot, we have solid aluminum wheels.

    Side guide

    With help of the side guide, the robot will be automatically directed to the inventory. This is a good option if you only have a wall in a barn the robot can be guided against.

    SMS-module

    It is possible to receive sms-notes sent directly from the robot to your mobile phone. For instance to get a notification when the washing is finished e.g.

    Special model where advanced technology and simple operation reaches new hights.

    ProCleaner XT100 is a further development of our ProCleaner X100. Still the same uncompromising build quality and level of service, but in a specially developed version for use where the ventilation shaft is placed inside the stable, or in stables with few load-bearing posts.

    The XT100 is packed with advanced industrial technology, including special turning function for the washing arms, this makes it possible to reach the paths with the washing nozzle, even though there are vertical obstacles in the stable.
