ProCleaner C100

Efficient wash of potato crates and other boxes for crops

The C100 is initially loaded with 8 boxes. Once the first 4 are cleaned, they are removed, and 4 dirty boxes are loaded in. The process continues, allowing for a seamless exchange as the next 4 clean boxes are swapped out with dirty ones.

With the C100, Washpower automates and elevates the efficiency of washing potato boxes to new heights.

You get

  • High capacity and capable to clean
up to 40 boxes per hour
  • Uniform and efficient cleaning
  • Super flexible in terms of box size

Cleaning of crates has never been easier

See in this video how easy it is

How it works

In the illustration here, you see a wash setup seen from above, with up to 4 crates placed on each direction for the robot.

Tree nozzles

Two nozzles washing the outer side of the boxes and one placed in the middle, that is washing the inside of the boxes.ide, og en dyse er placeret i midten og vasker indersiden af kasserne.

Box dimensions

The size of the box is pretty much unlimited, without limits in both width and depth.

As a standard, the height is up to 130 cm, but it is possible to extend to 150 cm.

Driving tracks

The robot is as standard delivered with 5×3 meters of tracks, that will guide the robot along the boxes in its washing cycle.

Pump guide

See in this table how the pump capacity affects the numbers of boxes per hour. If the total pump capacity is not sufficient, then the robot needs to run two cycles to wash the boxes, one cycle focusing on washing the boxes outside and then another wash cycle will focus on the inside afterwards.

Pump capacity – Value in liters per minute
One or two washing cycles for complete wash Estimated boxes per hour
Nozzle requirements
1 x 20 liters pump 2 wash cycles 20 boxes per hour Use 20 liter nozzle for inside / middle
2 x 20 liters pump 2 wash cycles 25-30 boxes per hour Standard nozzle
1 x 30 liters pump 2 wash cycles 20-25 boxes per hour Standard nozzle
2 x 30 liters pump 1 to 2 wash cycles 30-40 boxes per hour If only one wash cycle, then use 20L nozzles
1 x 36 liters pump 2 wash cycles 25-30 boxes per hour Standard nozzle
2 x 36 liters pump 1 wash cycle 35-40 boxes per hour Standard nozzle
1 x 40 liters pump 2 wash cycles 25-30 boxes per hour Standard nozzle
2 x 40 liters pump 1 wash cycle 40-45 boxes per hour Standard nozzle
